MetaVersive Arena (“MetaVersive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you visit metaversivearena.com, book an event, or interact with our ads on Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use our site or interact with our advertising.

Information you provide:

  • Name, email, phone number, and event details when you submit a booking inquiry, party request, or lead form (including Meta Lead Forms on Facebook and Instagram)
  • Payment and booking information processed through our booking platforms (ROLLER and Peek Pro)
  • Messages you send us through our website, email, text message, or social media

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
  • Pages visited, time on site, and referring website
  • Cookie and pixel data from analytics and advertising services we use, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel
  • How you interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and form entries, through session recording tools
  • Contact and demographic details that a visitor identification service may match to your visit (see Visitor Identification below)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to booking inquiries and event requests
  • Confirm reservations and send event details
  • Send promotional offers, event updates, and newsletters you have opted into
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience
  • Measure and improve the performance of our advertising
  • Comply with legal obligations

Meta Lead Forms

If you submit a form through one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we receive the information you provided directly from Meta and use it to contact you about your inquiry. Meta’s own data handling is governed by Meta’s privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from MetaVersive Arena, we use your mobile number to send booking reminders, updates about your visit, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

  • Service providers that help us operate our business, including our booking platforms, email, text messaging and CRM tools, website chat, analytics providers, and visitor identification and session recording services
  • Advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and TikTok, as described in Advertising and Retargeting below
  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property

Under some state laws, sharing information with advertising platforms for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. See Your State Privacy Rights for how to opt out.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and serve relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some site features.

Advertising and Retargeting

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (including Search and YouTube), and TikTok. These companies place pixels, tags, and cookies on our website and booking pages. They collect information such as the pages you view, the experiences you look at, items added to your cart, and completed bookings, along with your IP address and device identifiers.

We use this information to show our ads to people who have visited our website or booked with us (retargeting), to find new people with similar interests, and to measure how well our ads work. When you start or complete a booking, we and our booking platforms may also send booking details to these platforms, such as the experience, value, and a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address or phone number, including through server-to-server connections. Each platform uses this information under its own privacy policy.

Opting out stops personalized ads from participating companies in that browser or device. You may still see our ads that are not based on your activity.

Visitor Identification

We use a visitor identification service on our website. When you visit, this service may use cookies, device information, and its own data sources to match your visit to information about you, such as your name, email address, mailing address, or general demographic details, even if you did not submit a form.

We use this information to understand who is interested in MetaVersive Arena and to reach out by email or mail about our experiences, events, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not call or text people identified this way unless they have separately given us consent to do so.

To opt out of visitor identification and related outreach, email info@metaversivearena.com with the subject “Do not identify me.” We will stop outreach to you and ask our provider to suppress your information.

Session Recording and Chat

Our website uses session recording and analytics tools that capture how visitors use our pages, including clicks, mouse movement, scrolling, and information typed into forms. We use these recordings to fix problems and improve the site. By using our website, you consent to this recording.

If you use the chat or messaging feature on our website, your messages and contact details are collected and stored by our messaging provider on our behalf so we can respond to you. By using chat, you consent to this collection and to our provider receiving your messages.

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing us
  • Stop text messages by replying STOP

  • Opt out of visitor identification and related outreach
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings

Your State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and share, to access, correct, or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising, email info@metaversivearena.com with the subject “Do not sell or share my information.” Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control sent by your browser. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
